Completely. All entries stay on your device. If you enable iCloud backup, it goes to your private iCloud—we never see it. No tracking, no analytics, no ads. Your reflections belong to you.

Most users see their first pattern emerge around 7-10 entries. Statistical confidence typically requires 15+ entries. The app shows you progress along the way.

How much time does this take?
